Often we are faced with different choices in life. At this moment of time, I and many others like me must be concerned about their future. We are faced with many options that we can adopt today and have to live with its effects for the whole of our life. Its a big DILEMA!! If we choose one path to travel, we can't return back again to start our journey. Oh! what to do?? Often this question rings the bells of my mind..., and often I have no answer to it.. Maybe the answer is in the hands of fate and maybe not. What I am able to be in life has no evidence, so to think about what I wanna be, is quite more difficult...
I leave everything on my GOD... Lets find who succeeds: my passion.., my dream.., my focus.. or my aim... or maybe any other way has been decided by life for me!

ReplyDeleteYour 'Passion', 'Aim', 'Focus' all three of them are not supporting each other. And you are confused between 'Dream' and 'Passion'.
Get them all on same track, it will be easy to choose!
And ask these questions to you:
ReplyDelete1. Is that passion of yours is really your passion or a hobby?
2. Who have set your aim? Are you sure you have set that?
3. And what on what you are focused now, why you like to do it?
4. And why you call your 'dream' a dream?

What my passion means to me is not like what I would take as the only medium to live.. It is just like I want an opportunity to show my passion!!
My dream, I know can never come true, in the society where I am dwelling.. I am not perfect at how I see myself in my dream!! And perhaps I would never become perfect...
My aim is set, but I am afraid if something goes wrong while I walk on the path towards my aim!!
My focus is diverting my attention from my actual aim, and I realize that!! Coz I know that I am paying more attention to my focus rather than my aim...
What I want is to make use of my current focus in fulfilling my aim... And I will remain with the world of my dream and stick to my passion always!!!

The natural talent (in which you are good without much effort) YOU CALL IT PASSION!
The inspiration (some old relative or some friend is doing this or want to do this) YOU CALL IT DREAM! (WE SEE WE WANT TO DO THAT, ITS THE DEFINITION OF DREAM).
The activity in which you are devoting your most of the time, YOU CALL IT FOCUS!
There are two things in common in all these:
1. You think so.
2. Either wherever you get success you want it to do (passion, focus) OR what you like to see others doing you want to do it (dream).
And if you think focus is wasting time, then my dear, I will say your focus is not wasting your time rather your interest behind focus is wasting (in your words) your time.
Can you answer this:
WHY YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING BLOGS RELATED TO MEDICAL SCIENCE AND ALSO WHY NOT RUNNING BLOG ON THIS TOPIC?
I am not wasting my time on my focus, rather I enjoy that time :) And thats why only I want to apply my focus in fulfilling my dream!!

This is what you need to do.

The fact revealed over here is the 'HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY' i.e. human nature of getting attracted towards other options, while an option is to be chosen!! Same thing is happening with me.. Please don't get me wrong :(

Use your this focus to achieve your aim. Join some medical science blogs and sites and also start a blog on the topic. It will be very helpful to students like you who have decided medical science as their career!
