What to do?

Image edited in 'Adobe Photoshop 7.0'

Often we are faced with different choices in life. At this moment of time, I and many others like me must be concerned about their future. We are faced with many options that we can adopt today and have to live with its effects for the whole of our life. Its a big DILEMA!! If we choose one path to travel, we can't return back again to start our journey. Oh! what to do?? Often this question rings the bells of my mind..., and often I have no answer to it.. Maybe the answer is in the hands of fate and maybe not. What I am able to be in life has no evidence, so to think about what I wanna be, is quite more difficult...

I leave everything on my GOD... Lets find who succeeds: my passion.., my dream.., my focus.. or my aim... or maybe any other way has been decided by life for me!

Avoid plastic, use paper bags

As we all know that plastic and polythene is a non-biodegradable substance and is very toxic if consumed. People aren't aware about it and they keep on disposing the plastic waste into open grounds. These wastes are consumed by the animals which may lead to their death... So people must be encouraged to use paper bags. Through the medium of this blog, I appeal my readers to limit the use of polythene and plastic and if required, dump the waste into a proper dumping ground!

Here, let me tell you the method of making your own paper bag:-

1. Fold the paper neatly into thirds.

 2. Glue or tape the outer two sides together.

3. Fold one end over, then unfold it and fold the corners in so that they line up with the fold.

4. Glue or tape the flap down.

5. Let the glue dry. Once dried, you can now use it!

Google's 'Let It Snow' easter egg frosts your screen

Google has now come up with another pleasant surprise. Stop whatever you are doing and and go to the Google homepage. Type in the words "Let it snow" in the search box and Google will surprise you.

As you type, you will find snowflakes falling in your browser. Snowflakes will fall from the top of your screen and slowly cover Google’s search results.

Let it snow for a few seconds and you will find your browser filing up with snow. Once your browser turns into a frozen lake, you can skate around with your mouse. In other words, you can click and move your mouse to manually brush off some of the accumulated snowflakes.

Type this on google homepage..

Snowflakes are coming
down..

Your computer screen is
freezing..

What's this??? Your computer
screen is completely frozen!!

Now click and drag your mouse
to brush off the accumulated
snowflakes....
To get a clear screen, just simply click the 'defrost' button that appears in place of the usual blue magnifying glass search button. Isn't it interesting???

dedicated to my beloved... (my God)

When there were tear in my eyes
when i was just to cry..
you came to me in disguise!!
and i heard your voice..

You held my hand
and gave me a choice
"forget me forever or
wipe your sweet eyes.."

you are my beloved
I know what you meant
so i wiped my eyes
and hugged you tight...

you gave me a lesson
that has impact on my life
not only for today,
but for whole lifetime

you said to me:
"don't ever cry for anybody,
because he doesn't deserve your cry,
and the one who deserves it,
would never let you cry....!!"

Here are 5 simple ways to stop a cold:

1- Clock in your 9 Hours
In an ideal world you want to be getting this much sleep every night anyway, It will not only get your hormones in shape allowing you to burn fat and build muscle but it will also allow your  mind to rewind and clear all the clutter and stress from the day gone by.
This becomes doubly important when your feeling under the weather or like a cold is coming on as on top of all this sleep is the time in which your body will heat up and kill the virus’s that are attacking your immune system and giving you that sniffly nose!
2- Eat A Light Breakfast
The morning is your natural time of detox, therefore its best to stay away from large meals that will put strain on your digestive system. Go for something high in water and minerals. I like to start the day off with a herbal tea with half a lemon squeezed in, this doesn’t only give you a vitamin C boost which will help combat the infection it will also re-hydrate you after the nights sleep.
3- Zinc, Zinc, Zinc
This stuff is key to your immune system:
Its found in abundance in foods like Nuts, Seeds and some greens like broccoli. I would suggest taking a good dose of Zinc at times when your immune system feels compromised. A good supplement to take to make sure your not Zinc deficient is ZMA it will not only help you sleep better and give you a good dose of vital Magnesium but it will cover your Zinc needs and keep your immune system running well all year round.
4- Get Walking
When you start feeling unwell its best to stop any vigorous exercise, Instead replace it with a couple brisk walks everyday. This will facilitate the function of the lymphatic symptom which is key to flushing out toxins and getting you on the road to recovery.
Drop your regular fitness routine until you feel 100% and instead replace it with the following:
-Light stretching and some Body weight work upon waking. Include a few sets of pushups and body weight squats along with some light stretching. I would recommend some Yoga poses. This will help the flow of blood around your body not only energizing you but getting your mind ready for the day in hand.
-Two to Three 10 Minute Brisk walks a day in an ideal world these would come before each main meal of the day. Soak up the fresh air and sun if your lucky enough to have it, Go for a walk on your lunch break there is nothing better than getting away from your working environment for a while and just being in the moment outside!
5- Nature’s Vitamin C
Vitamin C is vital to fight off any infections and to me there is no better way to get it than from some fresh fruit. Things like Orange’s, Kiwi’s and Berries are packed with the stuff. Take Advantage! Not only do these foods taste great but they will stop you getting a cold and help you fight one away.
Get creative; I have been making fruit and nut salads with diced up oranges, Kiwi’s and Cranberries topped with some Manuka Honey and chopped nuts. Not only is this delicious and something the whole family will enjoy, its also cheap and easy to make!
Putting it Together…..
This is by no means meant to be a medical guide, its just a collection of my favorite tips for when you start feeling something coming on (blocked sinus’s, headache, sniffly nose, croaky voice) following these tips could help you fight things off in a matter of hours rather than days….
  • Sleep for 8-10 hours
  • Eat a breakfast of Fruit and Nuts plus plenty of Water and Tea
  • Get your Zinc in!
  • Exercise light and early, get some fresh air
  • Eat Fruit high in Vitamin C
Its that simple and could keep you cold and flu free this winter!

A Doctor's life....

You are a doctor. You get up in the morning and your cell phone rings again.
"What the heck!" you say. You have barely slept last night and again in the morning you got an emergency call.
How can you feel your own life is going well when you have to attend so many cases a day?
Your child's school has called a parents meeting and you are expected to go there by 11 in the morning but suddenly you have to rush to the hospital because somebody needs you there.
You have no time for your family because you have no 'time' in fact. Your family life is getting ruined.
You wonder how your kids are growing up. You have simply no idea. You have no time to pick your kid from the school after the school timings are over.
You finally come home, you take a drink; sit in front of the TV and watch some shows.
You try to sleep again but your mind is full of insecurity if you can get a sound sleep today or you will be called again.
When doctors devote their life to their profession, they receive awards, fame and a lot of appreciation for saving a lot of lives.
There are some of the doctors too that do not work for money. They are into this profession just to serve people. These doctors, however, may not get much reward for what they do.
A recent study about medical profession says that this area has become full of stress.
A doctor's life is becoming more and more painful.
May be these doctor can come up with something that can balance their life in effort of making other's life beautiful.

Computer addiction

Addiction to computers is the most common trend found almost everywhere in the world. This is the world of computers. Life without computers now-a-days is just like a flower without smell much like earth without life... If computers are removed from our life, just suppose it, people will die out of starvation to have them back. We are so much addicted to computers that we spend a little less than half of our routinely time on computers. Our social relations and a bond to society around us is breaking!!! Rather we are developing a new social circle with those, whom we don't even know, yeah i am referring to our social networking sites... No matter we not only spend our time on internet, but spend some time on our PCs for other works too, yet that is an exception!! About more than 75% of tasks on our PCs are in one way or the other, linked with Internet. Today we are addicted to computers much like an alcoholic is addicted to alcohol.... Computers have become an integral part of our lives..

What do you think: Must computer addiction be there or we must use it at limits????

Cyberdating....

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Online dating or Internet dating is a dating system which allows individuals, couples and groups to make contact and communicate with each other over the Internet, usually with the objective of developing a personal, romantic, or sexual relationship. Online dating services usually provide matchmaking over the Internet, through the use of PCs or cell phones.
Online dating services generally require a prospective member to provide personal information, before they can search the service provider's database for other individuals using criteria they set, such as age range, gender and location. Most sites allow members to upload photos of themselves and browse the photos of others. Sites may offer additional services, such as online chat, telephone chat, and message boards. Some sites provide free registration, but may offer services which require a monthly fee. Other sites depend on advertising for their revenue.
Many sites are broad-based, with members coming from a variety of backgrounds looking for different types of relationships. Other sites are more specific, based on the type of members, interests, location, or relationship desired.

Cyber dating is really a bane on our society.....!!
